Nicolette Furno

Graduate Counseling Clinician

Hi, I’m Nicolette Furno and I am a clinician in training working towards my licensure in mental health counseling. I believe that we are resilient in nature and have an innate capability to heal, sometimes we just need the tools to get there. I have a passion for helping people navigate the ups and downs of life—finding comfort in the uncomfortable and uncertain parts of their everyday experiences. My goal is to help people live their most authentic lives in a supportive and non-judgmental space. I use techniques such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness therapy to help you achieve your own therapeutic goals and help you get to the root of your concerns. In my free time you can find me making music, reading, or traveling; all of which help me stay grounded and connected with myself.

Tiffany Hernandez

Graduate Counseling Clinician

Hi, I’m Tiffany Hernandez! I am completing my externship training to become a therapist. Iļø am motivated by a deep passion for creating safe and compassionate spaces where people feel supported in their healing journey. I'm especially inspired by mindfulness-based approaches, which I use to help individuals build awareness, manage emotions, and foster resilience. Outside of my training, I enjoy spending time at the beach and baking, both of which remind me of the importance of balance, patience, and care. These same values guide the way I connect with and support others.
