I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals who have experienced tough stuff in their childhood. My goal is to help you manage feeling overwhelmed, anxious and/or depressed and start encouraging you to seek validation through transformation. My Journey To Becoming A Therapist I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I’m human. I’ve been been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help. I have been there, it feels lonely, crappy, depressing, as if there is a constant rollercoaster of nothing but drifts and overwhelming waves of anxiety. With therapy, I grew to many strengths within me and how powerful and resilient one's mind has the capability to be. My life experiences are what lead me to become the Therapist I am today.
